Cheery cheesecake is one of my husband’s favorite desserts. Cherry Cheesecake dip is like heaven in a bite.
Dip for a Party
I love party food. Not always unhealthy party foods. I love to graze when I eat. So party food is perfect for that. Take some veggies and dip. A little bit of this and a little bit of that. Even when we are not having a party, there are a lot of days I set up dinner as a picnic or as a potluck. So everyone can nibble on a little bit of everything.

Cherry Cheesecake Dip Recipe
I am the dessert person in my family. Whenever we have a picnic or a party, I am the person who brings the dessert. Even for a potluck, while many people love the broccoli salad, I make, and it is something I make for every picnic, if I am only bringing one dish, I bring dessert. And Cherry Cheesecake Dip is one of the most asked for.
Dessert for a potluck
So when I combine my love of dessert with my love of finger foods, cherry cheesecake dip is a natural. This dip lets you have a small taste of a delicious classic dessert, cherry cheesecake, with the fun of party food.
No Bake Cherry Cheesecake Dip
Ingredients for Cherry dip
1 block of cream cheese, 16 ounces, softened
1 jar of marshmallow cream or fluff, 7 ounces
1 can of cherry pie filling, 14 ounce
Nilla wafer cookies, graham crackers or sugar cookies
Note: I have had others make cherry cheesecake dip with cool whip as well. It creates more dip, and it makes the filling a little fluffier. I do not make mine that way, but it certainly delicious with it added.
Directions to Make Cherry Cheesecake Dip
Put the softened cream cheese in a bowl and beat with mixers.
Add marshmallow and beat together.
Add the mixture to a serving bowl and add Cherry pie filling on top. Tip: I don’t want to have the cherry pie filling too thick. If I am using a deep bowl rather than a shallow, wide dish, I add about half of the cherry pie filling and add the rest of the can later. This helps keep the ratio where I like it.
The cherry cheesecake dip is ready to be served, or it can be made ahead and refrigerated.
