No Bake Oreo Icebox Cake

Ingredients

Cake:

  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 1 package of Oreos
  • Cheesecake Filling:
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • vanilla pudding
  • 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Icing

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese.
  2. Add pudding and milk and beat until smooth.
  3. Add condensed milk, slowly, scraping down the bowl between adds.
  4. Beat in vanilla and lemon juice and set aside.
  5. Layer the bottom of the 9*13 pan with graham crackers.
  6. Break Oreos and layer on top of crackers.
  7. Spread ½ of the mixture on top of the cookies.
  8. Repeat the layers.

Make the Icing

  1. Melt the butter and add the milk. Bring to a slow boil.
  2. Add cocoa and brown sugar.
  3. Stir in Vanilla.
  4. Let cool for 5 minutes and then pour onto Oreo Cheesecake Icebox cake.
  5. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight
