How to Make an Asian Cabbage Salad
Combine shredded green and red cabbage with carrots, bell pepper, green onion, and fresh cilantro in a large bowl. Season with black pepper and salt to taste and drizzle with a small amount of the warm spicy peanut dressing.

- 1 C peanut butter
- 3 T rice vinegar
- 1 t sesame oil
- 2 t sriracha sauce
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1 1/2 T maple syrup
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- 1 T fresh ginger finely minced
- 1-2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1/4 C liquid from Mandarin oranges
- salt and pepper to taste
