Mint Fudge

I love fudge. I get it all the time. My problem is that fudge is expensive. So when I am craving fudge, I want to make it myself. I can make a whole batch for way less than it costs to buy just a 1/4 pound on the boardwalk or at the candy store. This time of year, anywhere from Christmas to Easter, the kids get stuck on mint. Mint everything. Mint fudge is perfect to their mint cravings. Mint fudge is also perfect for St. Patrick’s Day. The green fudge makes our little Leprechauns happy.

Mint Chocolate Fudge

I like mint. But I like mint better when it is paired with chocolate. That is why I make my mint fudge as Mint chocolate fudge. This mint chocolate fudge reminds me of the Thin Mints Cookies. That is a great combination of chocolate and mint just like my Mint Chocolate fudge.

How to Make Mint Chocolate Fudge

Bonus: this Mint Chocolate Chip is a perfect recipe for Saint Patrick’s Day. If you want to make it perfect for Saint Patrick’s Day you could cut it with a shamrock cookie cutter, package the fudge in St. Patrick’s Day bags or decorate the top with gold sanding sugar. You can also make your own sanding sugar which is extremely easy to do. Want to turn this green fudge into a great idea for Christmas? Use red sanding sugar and Christmas bags.
