Candy Cane Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 C white chocolate chips
  • 6 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 C crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Using a double boiler, combine the chocolate chips and condensed milk into the top pot
  2. Place on medium to high heat
  3. Consistently stir until melted
  4. Mix in 1 C crushed candy canes
  5. Pour mixture into pan
  6. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top.
  7. Press the crushed candy canes slightly in the fudge.
  8. Transfer to the refrigerator for 4-6 hours. (Until the fudge has set)
  9. The fudge can also be placed in the freezer for 2-4 hours.
  10. If put in the freezer allow to thaw for 30 minutes before cutting.
