- Banana
- Vegetable oil
- Eggs
- Brownie mix
- Chocolate chips
How to Make Chocolate Banana Bread Muffins
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Line a muffin pan with liners.
In a large bowl, smash the bananas.
Combine the mashed bananas, oil and eggs.
Add the brownie mix and stir until just combined. Do not over mix.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.Bake for 25 minutes, or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool for 15 minutes.
